Texas native, Annette Van Dyck has experienced life from many perspectives, both spiritually and financially. She has lived the most victorious of seasons and has also danced on the brink of homelessness while starting over with only a suitcase of clothes. Annette considers each era in her life a blessing; molding and shaping her in to the daughter/sister/mother and grandmother she is today. She strives to be a Proverbs 31 Woman and recognizes her giftings as an encourager of life and of love. Annette is a visionary and an advocate of many important social causes. In addition to Annette’s desire to ignite spiritual, emotional and physical wellbeing, she has prayerfully decided to dedicate a portion of her profits to #PourForIt Movement  - breaking chains and bringing in to light what is done in darkness.

Our Story… Candle-making was only a hobby for Annette, but in 2012, while pouring and praying blessings over baby shower candles for the coming birth of her granddaughter, a vision of a fruitful business and its’ purpose came to light. Titles paired with fragrances began to pour out of Annette's heart and onto paper. "Thirty-one!” she counted, then read the last scripture in Proverbs, 31:31, which says, "Honor her for all that her hands have done, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate."  This was confirmation… and the destiny of Intentional Illumination Soy Candles was born!
