How Our Club Works
- Join online or call us at 800.984.7262. Choose your candle preference in your month-to-month subscription, supply your delivery information and pay for your order with a major credit card. You will have the option of making monthly membership reoccurring payments or canceling at any time.
- Once we receive your request, we’ll process your order and ship your first candle order. We pray our Intentional Illumination candles bring blessings burn-after-burn, month-after-month!
CLUB ORDER
Reoccurring, Month-to-Month $30. Each month you’ll receive ONE membership order. We offer 2oz TRAVEL TINS (6 pack assortment), two 8 oz CANDLES, WAX MELTING TARTS (6 pack assortment) or (1) 16oz CANDLE-of-the-MONTH (according to your package subscription selection).
To request a specific start month or for any fragrance substitutions please call 800.984.7262 after you have placed your order. Please have your order number handy
SHIPPING: We will process and ship your order within and send you a tracking number within 72 hours of receipt.
OUR GURANTEE
We want to make you a happy Intentional Illumination Candle customer. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the monthly fragrance selection, you may return it to us for an alternate choice within 15 days of receipt – no questions asked and no additional costs (we cannot accept burned candles).
We believe that you’ll love your Candle Club membership. However, if you wish to discontinue your membership, you may contact us at any time for any reason. Upon receiving your request, we will promptly refund your account for any unshipped merchandise without hassle and delay.
